What this is

Real case interviews are live, spoken, and unforgiving. Almost everyone preps the opposite way — books, videos, and friendly practice partners who go easy and give vague feedback. That gap is where prepared candidates still fail.

What it does

A live, voice-run case interview with an AI interviewer who behaves like the real thing: she probes, waits while you think, won't rescue you from a wrong number — and, depending on who you pick, may cut you off. Run our cases or upload your own. Every session ends with an honest debrief: a scorecard against the hire bar, the insights you missed, the stronger answer — and a ledger of your personal failure patterns that sharpens across sessions.

How to get the most from it

Headphones, Chrome, a quiet room. Treat it as real: speak out loud, think in silence — she waits — and ask her questions like you would a real interviewer. Finish the case. Read the whole debrief. Come back: the ledger only gets sharp with repetition.

What we ask of you
