Every session is scored against the bar a real interviewer would apply, with the missed insight quoted in your own words and the stronger answer written out for you.
Each debrief ends on one thing to fix, usually with a short lesson that teaches it. Read the lesson, answer three practice questions Alice marks, then prove it in your next case.
Your failure patterns carry across sessions, so the second interview starts where the first one ended.
