What this is

Real case interviews are live, spoken, and unforgiving. Almost everyone preps the opposite way — books, videos, and friendly practice partners who go easy and give vague feedback. That gap is where prepared candidates still fail.

What it does

A live, voice-run case interview with an AI interviewer who behaves like the real thing: she probes, waits while you think, won't rescue you from a wrong number — and, depending on who you pick, may cut you off. Run our cases or upload your own. Every session ends with an honest debrief: a scorecard against the hire bar, the insights you missed, the stronger answer — and a ledger of your personal failure patterns that sharpens across sessions.

How to get the most from it

Headphones, not speakers — on speakers the mic picks up Alice's own voice and she will start answering herself. Chrome, a quiet room. Treat it as real: speak out loud, think in silence — she waits — and ask her questions like you would a real interviewer. Finish the case. Read the whole debrief. Come back: the ledger only gets sharp with repetition.

A note on speed

The interviewer currently takes 10 to 20 seconds to reply after you finish speaking. That is slower than a real conversation and we are actively working on it. If the status shows Thinking…, nothing is stuck — she is working in the background. Wait for her, do not refresh.

What we ask of you

This is a beta. When the interview ends, a short form comes before the debrief — who you are, plus a few one-tap questions. Answer them brutally honestly and the debrief opens. Tell us what annoyed you — your annoyances are our roadmap.

Camera is optional and never recorded · no audio is stored, transcripts only — kept on this server solely to improve the product.

A case counts once you run it to the end and send the feedback form that follows — ten different cases from the library.

Complete ten cases and we will help you take it further. We will review your CV in detail, mentor you through your cases one to one, and help you work toward a referral at a top consulting firm. Alice is built by graduates of INSEAD, Stanford, IIT and SRCC who work in consulting today, with an alumni network that reaches offices around the world.
