By using Alice you agree to these terms. You must be 18 or over.

It's a beta

Alice is provided free, as-is, while we develop it. Features may change, sessions may fail, and we may pause or end the beta or your access at any time. You can stop using it at any time.

It's a practice tool

Alice is an AI interviewer. Its questions, feedback and scores can be wrong, incomplete or inconsistent. Nothing Alice says is advice on which to rely, and using Alice does not guarantee any interview outcome or job offer.

No affiliation

Alice is not affiliated with or endorsed by McKinsey, BCG, Bain or any other firm or school. Their names belong to their owners. Library cases are fictional.

Your code

Your personal code is for you only. Don't share it, and don't use Alice to scrape, copy or reverse-engineer it.

Your content

Cases and casebooks you upload remain yours. You give us permission to process them to run interviews for you — or, for a club casebook, for that club's members only. You confirm you have the right to upload them, and you are responsible if anyone claims your upload infringes their rights, including any costs that result.

Our content

The case library, Alice's interviews and your debriefs are ours; your debriefs are for your personal use. Don't redistribute the library.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we're not liable for any loss arising from your use of Alice or reliance on its feedback. In particular, we are not responsible for the outcome of any interview, application or recruitment process, or for any decision you make based on Alice's feedback or scores. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, where we operate from.
